{"id":643,"date":"2024-05-07T15:45:14","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T13:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dorian-air-trainer.fr\/?p=643"},"modified":"2024-05-22T23:04:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-22T21:04:55","slug":"blessures-au-travail-que-faut-il-faire-pour-les-eviter-et-ou-les-soigner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dorian-air-trainer.fr\/index.php\/2024\/05\/07\/blessures-au-travail-que-faut-il-faire-pour-les-eviter-et-ou-les-soigner\/","title":{"rendered":"Blessures au travail, pr\u00e9vention, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et solution."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blessures traumatiques et m\u00e9caniques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe deux types de blessures, la blessure traumatique qui d\u00e9finit une blessure due \u00e0 un choc, ou d\u2019une chute, et la blessure m\u00e9canique, qui concerne tout type d\u2019inflammation due \u00e0 des efforts r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, ou une intensit\u00e9 soudainement \u00e9lev\u00e9e provoquant des contraintes m\u00e9caniques trop imposantes pour l\u2019organisme et ses tissus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019INSEE (L\u2019Institut National de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques), en 2013 ces blessures sont les plus fr\u00e9quentes dans les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019agriculture et l\u2019industrie, mais surtout dans la construction avec 42% des travailleurs qui ont recens\u00e9 un arr\u00eat de travail au cours de leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/3645477\">https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/3645477<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"782\" src=\"https:\/\/dorian-air-trainer.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Capture-decran-2024-05-07-142712-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-644\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dorian-air-trainer.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Capture-decran-2024-05-07-142712-1.png 576w, https:\/\/dorian-air-trainer.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Capture-decran-2024-05-07-142712-1-221x300.png 221w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme on peut le voir sur ce tableau de l\u2019INSEE, la part des blessures m\u00e9caniques est consid\u00e9rables, et c\u2019est \u00e0 cela qu\u2019est consacr\u00e9 cet article o\u00f9 je parlerais pr\u00e9vention et solution contre ces blessures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\/ Zoom sur les blessures m\u00e9caniques au travail:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles peuvent appara\u00eetre suite au port d\u2019une charge inhabituellement lourde, de fa\u00e7on soudaine et \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re comme une contracture musculaire, ou peut \u00eatre persistantes comme une hernie discale. Elles peuvent aussi appara\u00eetre avec l\u2019accumulation de travail physique, un corps trop fatigu\u00e9 qui n\u2019assume pas la charge de travail physique, surm\u00e9ninge, mauvaise hygi\u00e8ne de vie, et ainsi provoquer une inflammation tendineuse, \u00e0 la coiffe des rotateurs par exemple pour les m\u00e9tiers o\u00f9 il est souvent demand\u00e9 de lever les bras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\/ Se remettre efficacement de sa blessure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a\/ hygi\u00e8ne de vie (alimentation et sommeil)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu importe la blessure, une hygi\u00e8ne de vie correcte acc\u00e9l\u00e8rera la gu\u00e9rison. Tout d\u2019abord dormir selon notre besoin est essentiel \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des structures endommag\u00e9es : <a href=\"https:\/\/sante.gouv.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/Sommeil_un_carnet_pour_mieux_comprendre.pdf\">https:\/\/sante.gouv.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/Sommeil_un_carnet_pour_mieux_comprendre.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi avoir une alimentation compl\u00e8te, diversifi\u00e9 permet d\u2019apporter les micronutriments n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les tissus conjonctifs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9 par l\u2019effort physique et lutter contre l\u2019inflammation, comme les om\u00e9gas-3 et vitamines D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b\/ Repos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la gravit\u00e9 de la blessure, un repos plus ou moins long sera n\u00e9cessaire, \u00e9vitant ainsi de sur-endommager les tissus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c\/ Renforcement et d\u00e9veloppement.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une analyse en imagerie pour identifier le probl\u00e8me est obligatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9\u00e9duquer, renforcer l\u2019articulation touch\u00e9e, au plus vite avant de reprendre l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019amyotrophie (atrophie musculaire due \u00e0 l\u2019immobilisation, l\u2019inactivit\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e du muscle) ou d\u2019\u00e9viter de reprendre l\u2019activit\u00e9 sans que les tissus y soient de nouveau pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Tout d\u2019abord en contactant un kin\u00e9 (comp\u00e9tent) qui s\u2019occupera de la partie r\u00e9\u00e9ducation, puis par la suite un coach sportif pouvant fournir une routine d\u2019entrainement sp\u00e9cifique renfor\u00e7ant et \u00e9vitant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir les r\u00e9cidives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\/ Comment \u00e9viter que ces blessures surviennent.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) <strong>L&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne de vie et la nutrition<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9voqu\u00e9e, ont un r\u00f4le \u00e9norme sur la pr\u00e9vention des blessures m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b) Le renforcement physique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire de la musculation ou un sport de force comme l\u2019alt\u00e9rophilie, la force athl\u00e9tique, du strongman ou encore le streetlifting permet de renforcer, d\u00e9velopper les tissus tendineux et ligamenteux, maintenir une bonne tonicit\u00e9 posturale et par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre plus r\u00e9sistant au travail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9videmment conseill\u00e9 de se faire accompagner par un coach comp\u00e9tent lorsque l\u2019on souhaite commencer \u00e0 se renforcer, car le monde du \u201clifting\u201d, aussi accessible qu\u2019il peut \u00eatre (tout \u00e2ge et tout niveau) requiert des connaissances techniques et th\u00e9oriques minimales, pour \u00e9viter de se blesser dans un premier temps, mais surtout pour \u00e9voluer efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) <strong>L&#8217;\u00e9chauffement avant le travail<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Suivant l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du job, et si le travail commence moins de 2 heures apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9veil, il serait utile d\u2019effectuer un \u00e9chauffement, un encha\u00eenement d\u2019exercices simples, alliant rythme et proprioception et mettant en activit\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes chaines musculaires (ant\u00e9rieures et post\u00e9rieures) de notre corps afin d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des efforts physiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certaines entreprises, des coachs sont appel\u00e9s pour mener un \u00e9chauffement aupr\u00e8s des employers avant qu\u2019ils ne commencent leur travail. Cette id\u00e9e, aussi bonne soit-elle n\u2019est pas encore pr\u00e9sente dans toutes les entreprises demandant des salari\u00e9s physiquement op\u00e9rationnels et performants comme c\u2019est le cas dans l\u2019alimentaire et plein d\u2019autres industries.
